Created in 2019 alongside youth co-creators, community collaborators and organizational supporters, the Bastrop County Youth Summit has been a true community-driven initiative. Always guided and implemented with youth from Bastrop, Smithville and Elgin AT THE TABLE!

Mission: To convene the youth of Bastrop County to create positive change towards a more inclusive, fair and sustainable society. With the input and innovation of our youth, Bastrop County will be a more resilient community for all.

MENTAL HEALTH

Youth will engage in honest conversations about relationship dynamics—both platonic and intimate—to support their emotional growth and well-being. We will provide tools and language to help them build healthy, thriving connections with themselves and others.
